The College of Marin Court Reporting Program was started in 1975 and is recognized by the Court Reporters Board of California. College of Marin is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). In order for a person to qualify from a school to take the State Licensing Examination, the person shall complete a program at a recognized school.
