*Completion of 1 year of high school auto shop with a B grade in a course meeting ATTS standards.

*Completion of 2 years of high school auto shop with a B grade in a course meeting ATTS standards.

    Note: This certificate may be completed in four semesters.
    Career Information: Associates Degree
    This certificate program prepares you for a career as an Automotive Technician. Experienced technicians may advance to become an automotive specialist, shop foreman, or owner. See our Career Fact Sheet on this Pathway! Consider completing the A.S. degree in addition to this Certificate. To earn an Associate Degree, you will need to complete the General Education Requirements along with the major. Consult a counselor and the COM catalog for more information.
