Spring Semester Starts January 24 - May 27, 2011

Online registration through MyCOM.marin.edu:

  • EOPS, DSPS, and Veterans Students begin registering: November 15, 2010
  • Success Workshop registration begins for New & Readmit Students: November 16, 2010
  • Continuing Students begin registering according to priority: November 16, 2010
  • New & Readmit Students begin registering: December 7, 2010

Important Dates:

  • Concurrently enrolled High School Students register, in-person only at either campus: December 8, 2010
  • Last day for dismissed student to file a Petition to Return: February 1, 2011
  • Last day to drop or reduce course work to qualify for a refund of enrollment fees, nonresident tuition, and international student tuition: February 4, 2011
  • Last Day to Drop a Full-term class without a "W" grade. Date equivalent to 30% of term for short-term classes:February 22, 2011
  • Last Day to Request P/NP Grade for full-term classes:February 28, 2011
  • Last day to drop a Full-term class with a "W" grade. Date equivalent to 75% of term for short-term classes: April 22, 2011

Students also should note that the California legislature recently raised enrollment fees to $26 per unit. Financial aid is available to eligible students. For information about financial aid call (415) 485-9409.

Attending College of Marin for the first two-years of your four-year degree or for job training is still a great deal when compared to the cost of attending four-year universities.
