Modernization update:

COM Board of Trustees approves architects for three major building projects.

At its monthly meeting on September 19, COM Trustees approved three architects to design three major bond construction projects totaling $70,000,000. Architects will begin meeting with college building user groups this week to launch the program definition process for each building. The initial phase of the design is scheduled for completion by December 1. These meetings are open to anyone who is a “user” of the complex.  Guidelines for user participation will be discussed at the kick-off meetings.  Additional user group information can be obtained from the deans assigned to the process.
