Miles Mayo Jeffrey TidwellMiles Mayo (left), whose smiling face has greeted students at the DSPS front desk for 11 years, is cutting back to half time, to spend more hours with her growing young family.

Taking up the slack in her Program Technician position is Jeffrey Tidwell (right), who has spent 20 years counseling and providing support services to clients in residential settings.

A native of Boston, Jeff attended Hampshire College in Amherst, and is delighted to join his wife Carolyn at College of Marin, where she is the director of CalWORKS.

"I think the most rewarding work anyone can do," says Jeff, "is assisting their fellow man."
