Program Completion and Estimated Costs

This web page provides information about Career Technical Education Certificates of Achievement offered at College of Marin. In order to provide program completion and cost information for certificates that are awarded each year, disclosure forms are posted for each certificate. The information is currently provided for certificates awarded during 2009-2010 and more information will be posted by October, 2011, for additional academic years.

The following information supports AB 2086, which requires colleges to publish CA license exam passage rates for graduates of its undergraduate programs leading to employment for which a California licensing examination is required. The following are the links to school examination statistics for the Court Reporting, Dental Assisting, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Nursing Programs.

Court Reporting
You can access the passage rates for the Court Reporting program at the Court Reporters Board of CA web site.

Dental Assisting
Access Dental Assisting exam passage rates.

EMT
You can access the National Registry of EMT Exam Pass Rates for CA schools at the California Emergency Medical Services Authority web site (PDF).

Nursing
You will find the NCLEX exam passage rates for CA schools on the CA Board of Registered Nursing web site.

College of Marin is one of 112 public community colleges in California and is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Approximately 10,000 credit and noncredit students enroll each fall and spring semester. Classes also are offered during the summer.
