@ONE makes it easy for California Community College faculty and staff to learn how to use technology to enhance student learning and success. @ONE’s programs provide training, online resources and support for free - or at a very low cost - thanks to funding from the California Community College Chancellor's Office Telecommunication and Technology Infrastructure Program (TTIP).
These programs are developed by outstanding peers in technology and education, providing the best quality content that is based on true life experiences of California Community College faculty and staff.
The programs are also structured to fit a busy faculty or staff member’s schedule. Programs include Lunch 'n Learn Desktop Seminars, Online Courses, Self-Paced Online courses, Hands-On Institutes and online resources. @ONE also sponsors the @ONE Scholar Program, which supports research on using technology to improve student learning in California Community Colleges.

- A set of online resources that faculty and staff can use to supplement their technology training.

- @ONE Hands-On Institutes offer CCC staff and faculty affordable, high-quality workshops on how to use technology more effectively to achieve student success.
- Faculty Scholars Research Program
- The @ONE Scholars Program provides a stipend and support for faculty research on using technology to improve student learning in California Community Colleges.
