Board Policy/Administrative Procedure Revision Process
From 2007 to 2012 the College undertook a major project to update its Board Policies and Administrative Procedures and align them with the Community College League of California Policy and Procedure Service system. A Board Policy/Administrative Procedure (BP/AP) Task Force was formed to review proposed policies and procedures before making recommendations to College Council. As Board Policies are adopted by the Board of Trustees and Administrative Procedures are approved by the Superintendent/President they are posted on the Board Policy and Procedure Web Page.
The Task Force will continue to review and recommend revisions to Board Policies and Administrative Procedures as changes in laws, codes, regulations or College practice necessitate.
