The flower part you selected is:

The stigma

The female sex organ of the flower is the pistil. The pistil consists of the stigma, the style, and the ovary. The stigma is situated at the top of the pistil and receives the pollen. It usually has a sticky coating which aids in the germination of the pollen grains. The style connects the stigma and the ovary. As a pollen grain grows, it moves down through the style to the ovary where the seeds later develop. Do you see the ovary in this picture?

The other "hot" areas in this photograph are the: petals, sepals, bud, anthers, and ovary.
