What general tips of etiquette can you give regarding such things as appropriate dress, arriving at the restaurant, conversation, body language, napkins, and being introduced to people?
Dress formally but appropriately.† It may be necessary to call the interviewer and ask what type of dress is appropriate.† Avoid showy jewelry or accessories.† Arrive on time.† If you are first, wait for the host.† Open doors if you are the first person going through.† As soon as you sit down, put your opened napkin in your lap.† When being introduced, focus on remembering names.† In conversation, stay away from religion, politics, sex, or any intimate topic. Pay attention to what others say; donít monopolize the conversation.† Sit up straight. Donít smoke. Laugh at otherís jokes. Look as if you are interested.

Start with the outside silverware (such as a fork on your left for a salad).† Your water glass it to the right; your butter plate is to the left.† Begin eating only after the host begins.† Try to pace your eating so that you are neither the first nor the last finished.† Donít chew with your mouth open; donít speak with your mouth full.† Donít reach across the table.† Expect to be served from the left.† Pass things to the right.† You may ask the hostís recommendation from the menu.† Donít order the most expensive item.† Donít order an appetizer or dessert unless the host does.† Itís best to avoid all alcoholic beverages during business meals.† Avoid ordering an entrťe that is difficult to eat gracefully.† Generally, you should wait until everyone has be served before beginning to eat.
