Note: Work on your Buffer, Reasons, Bad news, and Closing for this assignment. An important learning in this chapter is the psychology of the writing plan.  Explaining why something cannot be done goes a long way in helping the recipient understand and accept a “no” reply.  This has implications, of course, for interpersonal relations when you are in a leadership position.  Organizations would do well to understand and incorporate this concept into their customer service philosophy.
