Hi all,

This is the first of two emails you will be receiving regarding information from our last SS SLO meeting. Attached to this email, please find:

1) The minutes from our last meeting

-Please let me know if you have any suggestions for changes.

2) All of the templates we have been using for planning and reporting

-Please take a look at them and get back to me with any suggestions for changes.  Please respond no later than May 4^th so I can send out updated templates for you to complete before the May deadlines.

Below is a list of Action steps taken from the minutes
