Hi all,

Here are the minutes from today’s meeting.

We have come to final consensus on the wording of our division-wide(d-w) SLOs (see minutes).

Those who were present chose the 2 d-w SLOs they would like to focus on in the fall. For those who were not able to make it to the meeting, please email me which 2 SLOs you are choosing as soon as possible. Here are the departments who still need to identify d-w SLOs:

Counseling

DSPS

Financial Aid

Job Placement

Matriculation

Testing

Transfer Center

Veteran’s Office

I have also attached the division-wide SLO chart (filled in with what I have so far), and the page in the assessment plan that applies to us (mostly it’s the timeline),

Finally, please email me your availability in June. Chialin and I would like to schedule a time to meet individually with you to identify your department-level SLOs and your assessments. (Letta and Theo, I know you have already made significant progress with Chialin so I’ll let you determine if you need another individual meeting.)
