News Contact: Cathy Summa-Wolfe, Director Communications & Community Relations 415-485-9528 Entrepreneur and Google Android Prize Winner Chris Hulls To Speak At COM Entrepreneur Chris Hulls to Speak at COM, Student Services Building Cafeteria at 2 pm on Tuesday, December 1 KENTFIELD, Calif. — November 18, 2009 — Former College of Marin student and entrepreneur Chris Hulls will speak about and demonstrate his new product Life360 on Tuesday, December 1, at 2 p.m. in the Student Services Building Cafeteria at College of Marin, 835 College Ave., Kentfield. The event is open to the public and is free of charge. There is a $3 fee for parking. Hulls will also talk about the road to becoming a successful entrepreneur, raising venture capital, starting a business and winning the Google Android Prize. Hulls transferred from COM to UC Berkeley and earned a baccalaureate in business. He is currently on deferment from Harvard Business School while launching his new company. He is a former Associated Students of College of Marin president. His company Life360 was awarded the top prize of $275,000 in the Google Android Developer Challenge.
