Before you can reset your MyCOM password, we must verify your identity.

  Option 1:    Enter any valid email address previously provided to the College of Marin.   Students typically provide a personal email address during the application process.   Employees are welcome to use their college-provided work address (i.e.   Users may also use their MyCOM email address if forwarding to a personal address was previously established.  If the specified email address is found in our records and still active, reset instructions will be sent to this address.

Option 2:    If you do not recall which email address you provided to the College of Marin, enter biographical information to verify your identity.  Note that this criteria must be an exact match with the information provided to the college.  For instance, Will or Bill will not match William.  You must also have an active personal email address on file with the college to use this feature.   If your verification is successful, you will be notified of the email address used to deliver your reset instructions.
