I teach in UC Berkeley a class on Africa while I have taught in most of the Bay Area community colleges, St Jose' and Sac State Universities. I enjoy writing and beside many articles on the deleterious effect of dams, I have a published poetry book in 2014, epic poems on the life of my family and mine.
I am involved in NGO activities and for many years have been a board member of Pesticide Action Network-North America, I have been the director of the board at the International Institute of East Bay Area IIEB for many years, I am a member of Human Rights League and many other environmental and human rights organizations.
