About me
I was born in La Maddalena, a small island located off the northern coast of Sardinia, Italy. I have a Laurea (Phd,for the Italian University) in Foreign Languages from the University of Pisa,Italy. I graduated High School in Classical Studies (Italian, Latin, classical Greek, philosophy, history, art etc..). I am an Italian teacher at the College of Marin since 1993,and I also have been teaching at Santa Rosa Junior College since 2001. I taught Italian for the University of Maryland for four years. I worked in a consulting capacity for the publishing of the following books: Avanti, first edition,McGraw Hill Higher Education; Prego 6th edition,McGraw Hill Higher Education; Studio Italiano, first edition, Guerra Edizioni. I had articles published in the magazine "La Rivista della California". I love Italian Literature,Italian Cinema and to travel. I presented a Lecture about Sardinia at the Museo Italo Americano in San Francisco and at Santa Rosa Junior College.

My Philosophy
Through my teaching I want to give to my students my knowledge of the Italian language and culture.
